Mission Statement

The U.S. Recovery Bureau, Ins. a New Jersey corporation, is dedicated to properly training Bail Enforcement Agents. This is accomplished through a 30 hour course of instruction that discusses the bail bond industry; from its inception to the present time. The laws governing the industry are explained in detail and students are instructed in the legal manner of performing Bail Enforcement Duties.

Our Certified instructors discuss, in detail, the law that governs our industry; "Taylor vs. Taintor"- United States Supreme Court - 1873 - 16 Wall. 366.
